Help is available for all aspects of this work, from liaising with ICB and Trust Board leadership and clinical teams to build more ambitious strategies as well as practical advice and support on running digital home care services as effectively as possible and having the greatest impact on
NHS services and patients alike.
Advisor to digital health innovators
A range of offers are available for digital health innovators including advising founders and Boards, working on strategy, proposition development and market approach, to hands-on implementation support including increasing patient uptake on digital health programmes. Our support can also include joining sessions with existing and prospective clients, governments and health leaders in the UK and abroad. Members of our team have run renowned digital health accelerators and have rich experience in providing commercialisation and scaling support.
Supporting Transformation and Cultural Change
The revolution in digital health needs to bring everyone on board. As such support for the clinical transformation is critical, to ensure we are building clinical confidence in new models of tech-enabled care. We enjoy supporting this component of change and reflect that often the tech is the easy part, it is supporting staff through change that is more complex. Leadership and communication is key, including working closely with clinical teams, supporting new pathways and the cultural change underpinning them. Our senior team has considerable expertise in working with NHS staff and clinicians of all types and seniorities, and two of the team also have a clinical background themselves.
